Simplified Italian Inheritance Eligibility Test

It is important when taking this short questionnaire consisting of a maximum of seven questions that one sets aside any preconceived ideas about wills in general. For example, a common misconception is that one must be named in a will to be entitled to an inheritance. Assets in Italy usually pass to the immediate and/or certain family members irrespective of the existence of a will or its contents even after many years.
